Acridine Orange Solution
Acridine Orange aqueous solution is used as fluorescent dye for differential staining of DNA and RNA, acid mucins and detecting apoptosis; in cytogenetics for displaying structures containing abundant amounts of DNA. Also enables detection of microorganisms in blood smears.
